Boredom is bad. So is insomnia. They result in things like going onto online dating sites just to laugh at people. I figured someone might find this one [americansingles.com] as funny as I did.

Insomnia? Never heard of it...

Just you wait, young man. When you're 38 and divorced, she'll be a catch.

But what is up with those two photos? In one she's definately got the slightly desparate, I-can't-believe-I-home-school-my-kids-won't-someon e-please-talk-to-me-like-an-adult-my-god-when-did- I-get-so-old look.

In the other, she might as well be living in San Francisco, playing soccer and going bowling.

How ironic... Someone so lacking in the "life" department that they have nothing better to do than post here at 3 AM (eastern) is mocking someone else for ANYTHING. :)

Well lets examine...I'm in a foreign city, not old enough to drive, and stay up all night from medications...what do you suggest I do in order to obtain a life?

The thing I was referring to in the original post was in her description, she mentions several strange things, such as the tick in her eye and therapy...

That's like noon for Tor.

But he doesn't have a life, either... :-)

And trust me, reading and posting here in the wee hours of the morning becuase you can't sleep is a lot better than the other options available (have you ever tried to watch early morning TV? [shudder])

Well, first off, let me point out (before my "nice" wife beats me to it) that I, too, am an insomniac with no life. How's that for irony? (Then again, maybe that isn't irony. Maybe it's just somethign like that Alanis Morissette song- something that sucks.)

Second, it was a joke. Although, Fetus, I (and most people) would probably have to know more about you than just your name and the fact that you like breasts in order to help you acquire a social life.

And Zamphir... I think we BOTH know that the best cure for insomnia comes in a brown bottle with a blue & red label. (By the way, can you still get Summit beers in Madison? if so, try their seasonal maibock! If you can't buy it, let me know.. maybe we can arrange an exchange.)

You know, it's funny. Oedipa Maas and I have been bemoaning the fact that we haven't been able to find another suc I mean Participant to join us in another round of beer exchangery.

And here you go and Volunteer!

HEY OED! We gots us a live un!

And wossname was right, btw. Point Beer is kinda skunky - well, it's definately very very cheap. New Glarus is much much better. And still very reasonably priced (I won't mention the cost per six pack, so's not to unduly upset those who live where beer costs realmoney...)

I'd be pleased to join you in a round of beer exchangery. Perhaps I'll even start a thread for this topic in the "Members Only" forum, and stop hijacking this thread.

Woohoo! Keep him on the hook!

Though three of us would still leave either Zamphir or I sending to the other again. A fourth would be dandy...
