Erdos + Bacon = ?

In re today's strip [goats.com], I wonder in which feature films Jerrell has been. He's probably too young to have coauthored directly with Erdos, so his Erdos number would be no less than 2. That would put his Bacon number at no more than 2.

In my own case,

  • Erdos number = 2
  • Bacon number = infinity
So, I've certainly never wrangled an invitation to the Valentines Day Mathball.

We need an Erdos-Bacon number for WebComics.

Gary! Get crackin', man!

Jerrell might not have had screentime, and still have a Bacon number.

That's true. For instance, maybe he threw sharp objects at Bacon at the premiere of (insert worst Kevin Bacon film here).

I think even Jerrell was smart enough to avoid the premiere of Quicksilver [imdb.com].

Actually, I think Jerrell may be referring to a different Erdos-Bacon number ... something to do with eating delicious bacon from the Erdos Piggery and Smokehouse?

Piggery is so old fashioned Gary, it's 'porkatorium' these days.

Bah.

I think we need something like the Ryan^3-Malki number - anyone who's done a guest strip with anyone who's done a guest strip for all of R. Estrada, R. North, R.Smith and David.

If you think it should be Ryan^4, you run with it baby.

People, the conversation begins with units, not the value of numbers.

How many Punks is an Erdos/Bacon?

I was thinking that Danica McKellar's Erdos-Bacon sum is probably one of the lowest around. Of course, I am far behind this trend. Damn you straight to hell, internet [wikipedia.org].
