Orders generally ship within 2-4 weeks, via U.S. Postal Service. If you have a question about your order, or if you haven't received your order within 4 weeks, contact us and we'll get back to you with an answer as soon as humanly possible.

Items which are pre-ordered or backordered can sometimes take an additional 2-4 weeks to ship. We're stocking up on all our items to eliminate backorders in the future, but they still do occasionally occur; we appreciate your patience. Hoodies and other embroidered items also take an extra week or two, as they are made to order.

You will receive an automated confirmation email from us upon our receipt of your payment, and another email from our fulfillment partner, Dumbrella Distribution, when your order ships.

If you want to return an item, contact us with the details. We'll be happy to exchange unworn shirts if you've ordered the wrong size, but you'll need to pay for shipping for the return and for the new item.

don't have a credit card?

No problem. If you're ordering anything from our store, just contact us and let us know what merchandise you'd like to order, what size(s) and quantity you want for each item, and your mailing address. We'll tally it up and let you know how much you owe us and where to mail the check (or money order) to. All checks and money orders must be in US dollars.

what's the deal with your t-shirts?

Goats t-shirts are screen-printed on Hanes Beefy T (and American Apparel where indicated) t-shirts by the good folks at Brunetto T-Shirts (and occasionally Contagious Graphics). We also occasionally print some of our older shirts on Gildan Ultra Cotton for color purposes, they are of equal quality to the Hanes shirts.

If you're ordering an American Apparel shirt, keep in mind that they run a bit tighter than Hanes Beefy T shirts, so you may want to order a size larger than you normally would if you're concerned about that sort of thing.

Most of our ladies "babydoll" t-shirts are printed on Bella Short Sleeve Crew Neck T-Shirt (Style 1001) unless otherwise noted.
